MultiFit is bringing a new kind of fitness experience to women across India with SheRox, a women-only functional fitness race designed to challenge strength, endurance, resilience and, most importantly, the limits women place on themselves.
But SheRox isn’t simply about crossing a finish line.
In a powerful step towards making fitness create an impact beyond the race arena, all revenue generated through SheRox will go towards supporting girl-child education in association with Genesis Educational Society. Every rep, every sprint, every obstacle and every woman who chooses to show up will contribute towards helping another girl move closer to a stronger future.
More Than a Race. A Statement.
Built by MultiFit, SheRox is positioned as India’s first and largest women-only functional fitness race, bringing together fitness, community and purpose on one platform.
Unlike a conventional marathon that tests running endurance or an obstacle race focused on course navigation, SheRox blends multiple elements of functional fitness, strength, stamina, agility, endurance, coordination and mental resilience.
There is no expectation that every woman stepping onto the start line needs to be an elite athlete.
SheRox is built around a simple idea:
You don’t have to be the strongest woman in the room. You just have to be willing to discover how strong you can become.
Whether she is stepping into a fitness race for the first time, returning after years away, training regularly or simply seeking a challenge beyond a workout, SheRox gives women a platform to test themselves on their own terms.
Beyond the race, the experience will also include F&B, experience and recovery zones, creating spaces to connect, recharge and celebrate together.
At its heart, SheRox is about helping women show up, push beyond limits and leave knowing they are capable of more than they believed.
Four Cities. One Movement.
SheRox will take this movement across four major Indian cities, creating a nationwide platform for women to come together through fitness:
- Pune — 17 October 2026
- Bengaluru — 31st January 2027
- Mumbai — 7th February 2027
- Hyderabad — 31st January 2027
The city-wise regional races will lead towards the SheRox National Finals in February 2027, bringing together participants who have taken on the challenge across the country.
Pune, It’s Your Turn.
The SheRox journey begins with the Pune Regional on 17 October 2026, and registrations for Pune are now open.
Participants can take part across multiple formats, including Individual, Duo and Corporate Team categories, making SheRox more than an individual fitness challenge.
It is also an opportunity to train with friends, challenge your teammates, bring your workplace together and build a community around something bigger than a workout.
From functional fitness challenges to moments that test mental grit, SheRox is designed to make participants move, think, adapt and keep going.
Because sometimes the biggest battle isn’t against the person next to you.
It’s against the voice telling you that you can’t.
