Pune, (Maharashtra), [India]: In honor of International Yoga Day, MultiFit brought together an exclusive gathering of women for its 2nd Fitty Party: Yoga Day Edition, a luxurious and enriching morning of holistic wellness. Held at Trooh, Kalyani Nagar, the event featured Ashtanga Yoga practice, a serene live Sound Healing session, and a gourmet breakfast, creating an unforgettable blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection.
The morning began with an Ashtanga Yoga session led by Nisha Dhawan, Head Coach of MultiFit, guiding participants through a dynamic practice that energized the body and calmed the mind. This was followed by an immersive live Sound Healing experience by Alwin Guarda from the Om Sai Handpan Institute, allowing attendees to relax, release stress, and deepen their yoga experience. The Yoga Day edition featured women from diverse walks of life, making it a symbol of strength, sisterhood, and empowerment.
A wholesome breakfast at Trooh rounded out the morning, allowing participants to refuel and connect. The event was made even more special by the thoughtful giveaways from CITTA and UpUrFit, adding a personal and memorable touch.
